Reporting Fraud, Waste and Abuse
UnitedHealthcare has a dedicated Program Integrity department that seeks to protect the ethical and fiscal integrity of TRICARE and its beneficiaries, providers, and programs as well as safeguard the health and well-being of its beneficiaries.
You can report suspected incidences of fraud, waste and abuse by completing any of the following actions:

Sponsors have default access only to family members on their plan under the age of 18 (excluding spouses).
Note: Any family member you wish to grant or remove access to view your information, or hide from your view on uhcmilitarywest.com must have an active account on the site, be on your TRICARE West Region plan, and be age 18 or older.
