Beginning January 1, 2018, UnitedHealthcare Military & Veterans will no longer be the Managed Care Support contractor for the TRICARE West Region.
- Effective December 1, 2017 payments can no longer be made online. Please submit the one-time payment authorization form, or contact the UHC M&V customer service. For payments for coverage period of January 1, 2018 or later please contact your new TRICARE West contractor.
- Effective December 21, 2017, beneficiaries and providers will no longer be able to register for new account access to www.uhcMilitaryWest.com.
- Beneficiaries and providers can continue to call Customer Service at 1-877-988-9378 through December 29, 2017, if they need assistance with password resets to access existing accounts.
- After December 31, 2017, Beneficiaries and providers will no longer have access to view secure TRICARE account information on www.UHCMilitaryWest.com. Claims information will be available at www.myTRICARE.com through March 31, 2018.
